IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
No there is not...we tailor our orders by what you require...need 1 spoon...no problem!
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Pick up a phone and chat with us...we are here to take your order. Of course you can come into our showroom...we love company! You can also email us with your order too!
IS THERE A DAILY RATE?
All rentals are for 24 hours. Late fees are applied on a daily rate for late returns. So be sure to return the items within the time frame given for your rentals.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
I would recommend that you make your reservation as soon as possible so that you do not miss out on the items that you are seeking for your event. No items are reserved until a deposit is received.
WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?
You are welcome to add or decrease your order up to 10%. Final numbers for some items are required 3 weeks in advance. Be sure to ask us when you reserve your items. If you should need to cancel your event date please note that your deposit is non-refundable but you can apply it to another date...you will be given credit for your Deposit amount.
DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?
If there should be any concerns please contact us via the number on your invoice.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
Our payments are super easy...ETransfers, Cash, Cheques - but only ones that have cash in the bank and of course Credit Cards.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
Why yes we do! We can deliver for you...be sure to get a quote on our delivery charges.
DO YOU OFFER ANY SET UP SERVICES?
Why I thought you would never ask! Yes we do and we are always glad to do this for you. Be sure to discuss this matter and we will gladly give you a quote.
